Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.
JUVÚ Essentials is not responsible for:
• lost packages,
• stolen packages,
• carrier delays,
• damaged shipments,
• missed deliveries.
For these issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
International Orders
Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes vary by country.
Customers are responsible for all international customs fees and import duties.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to refusal, failure to pay customs, or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
